6 Minute Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast or 1 Tbsp. bulk yeast
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Mix water,
    yeast
    and sugar into mixer bowl.
    Add half of the flour;
    beat well.
    Add egg, salt and shortening.\tAdd rest of flour.
    Mix
    well.\tLet rise 30 minutes.
    Punch down. Spoon into muffin pans.
    Makes 12 muffins.
    Bake until brown.
