Philippino Style Chicken Adoba - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken (about 3 lb.)
1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
1 large onion
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite size pieces, leaving bone in.
Cube pork into bite size pieces.
Saute chicken and pork until brown.
Layer chicken, pork and onion in large pot.
Mix vinegar and soy sauce and pour over chicken-pork mixture.
Simmer until done.
Serve over boiled rice.
