Hamburger Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. onion
    3 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of pepper
    3 c. medium noodles
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    13 oz. can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Mix the next 5 ingredients. Cook noodles and layer over meat.
    Pour tomato juice mixture over meat and noodles.
    Add green pepper on top and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream and mushrooms.
    Simmer another 10 minutes.
    Pour in 2 large or 3 small casserole dishes.
    You can freeze at this point or add cheese of your choice and bake in moderate oven until golden.
