Mexican Sausage Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese (regular or Mexican)
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a skillet and drain well.
    Cut cheese into small cubes.
    In a crock-pot, add all ingredients and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
    Stir well and continue to simmer until it reaches a thick consistency and all cheese is melted.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
