Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vegetables
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Place oil in skillet over high heat.
    Add garlic and stir-fry 30 minutes.
    Add vegetables to time it takes to cool.
    Mix cornstarch and soy sauce, add to vegetables.
    Cover and cook until vegetables are tender but crisp, 2 to 3 minutes.
