Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    Accent
    1 pt. half and half cream
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    1 small jar mushrooms
    Parmesan cheese
    cracker crumbs
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add salt, pepper and Accent.
    Smooth in flour and cream, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
    Drain crab and add to sauce.
    Add mushrooms.
    Butter sides and bottom of a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with some cheese.
    Add crab mixture. Top with crumbs, cheese and paprika.
    Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0. This may be prepared ahead of time and cooked at the last minute.
