Breakfast Hoagie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large hoagie bun or large French loaf
    1/2 lb. sausage
    6 large eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Fry crumbled sausage; drain well.
    Mix eggs and milk; scramble.
    Split hoagie lengthwise; place crumbled sausage and eggs on bread.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cut in 4 parts.
    Great for breakfast on the run.
