Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep pie shell
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brush inside of pie shell with small amount of beaten eggs. Prick bottom
    and sides with fork. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until mushrooms are lightly browned and onions tender (6 to 8 minutes). Stir together mushrooms, onions and Swiss cheese.
    Put into pie shell. To the beaten eggs, add all remaining ingredients. Beat well and pour over mushroom mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
