Creamy Cheesy Potatoes(Tastes Great With Ham) - cooking recipe

2 lb. Southern style hash browns (frozen; chunky, not patties)
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. cream of chicken soup
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. crushed Special K cereal
Preparation

In greased 9 x 13-inch pan, spread hash browns; add half of the melted butter over the potatoes.
Sprinkle with chopped onion. Spread cream of chicken soup over potatoes, then sprinkle cheese over this and then spread sour cream over all.
Sprinkle Special K on top, then drizzle remaining butter over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncovered.
