Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then add butter.
    Mix in with hands.
    Add raisins and beat egg and milk together.
    Add to the ingredients with fork; mix until moistened.
    Pour into prepared pan and slice the top of batter with knife.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in large greased loaf pan for about 1 hour.
