Quick And Easy Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced cucumbers
1 c. onion cut into strips
1 c. green pepper, sliced (optional)
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Mix together cucumbers, onions and green pepper.
Mix together all other ingredients and pour over cucumbers.
It looks like it doesn't have enough liquid, but it settles down.
Store in refrigerator.
Will keep up to 1 year in refrigerator.
Tastes like bread and butter pickles, and you can eat them right away. These do not get cooked at any time.
