Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. red Italian wine
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. sweet basil (season to taste)
Preparation
    Wash and clean mushrooms.
    Add all ingredients to pot and simmer 25 minutes on low heat.
    Keep covered so liquids remain. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
