Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. medium or hot sausage
10 oz. sharp or medium grated cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation

Mix all of the above with hands.
Form small balls.
Place close together on cookie sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Can be frozen and cooked as needed.
Cream cheese makes them easier to mix and gives a better flavor.
