Golden Cream Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped potatoes
1 c. cauliflower
2/3 c. chopped onion
4 to 6 chicken bouillon cubes
carrots (if desired)
1/2 lb. Velveeta cubes (can use Cheddar)
3 c. milk
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. broccoli, chopped
1 c. celery cuts
2 tsp. parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In large saucepan, add everything but cheese, milk and cornstarch.
Cover with cold water and lid.
Simmer until tender; let set 7 to 10 minutes.
Mix milk and cornstarch and add to vegetables.
Cook until slightly thickened.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Delicious and hearty!
Makes about 3 quarts.
