Jenny'S Secret Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. instant mashed potatoes
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. minced onion or onion powder
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    olive oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well; form into patties.
    Fry in hot olive oil until brown.
    Drain excess oil from patties.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Serve with buttered pasta.
