French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bread (your choice)
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and beat well with a fork or an egg beater.
    Cut the
    bread in half and dip in the egg mixture for 1 to 3
    minutes.
    Remove
    and
    with the 1/2 cup of cooking oil in a frypan
    medium
    hot,
    place
    the
    dipped bread in the frypan and brown until brown on both sides.
    Serves 3.
