Gordon'S Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. whipping cream
1 doz. eggs
12 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. bourbon
2 Tbsp. rum
nutmeg
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat egg yolks until pale.
Add sugar, one tablespoon at a time; beat after each addition.
Add bourbon and rum.
All this can be done a day ahead of time and refrigerated. Just before serving, whip cream and fold into egg mixture.
Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into mixture.
Serve in cups or goblets.
Top with sprinkle of nutmeg.
