Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. chicken cutlets
    1 pack onion soup mix
Preparation
    Butter large roasting pan or use Pam spray.
    Arrange cutlets over rice.
    Pour soup and water over all.
    Scatter onion soup on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 375\u00b0. Serves 4.
