Baked Ziti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti pasta
2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. instant minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 3/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 small can sliced black olives
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Prepare
pasta\tas
directed
on
package;
cook only 7 minutes.
Drain.\tMeanwhile,
brown
beef
and
drain.
Add seasonings, tomato sauce, tomato paste and water.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix pasta, meat sauce,
cottage cheese, black olives and mushrooms in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese
over
Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
