Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 bananas
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
Preparation
    Slightly beat eggs; add sugar.
    Mix and add vinegar and water. Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
    Stir constantly to prevent sticking and lumps.
    Cool.
    Pour over peanuts and sliced bananas; mix lightly.
