Cheesy Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices slightly stale white bread
    1/3 c. butter
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 1/3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated (I like Cracker Barrel)
Preparation
    Trim crust off bread and cut in 4 pieces.
    Butter each piece (40 pieces).
    Grease souffle dish; alternate layers of bread and cheese beginning with cheese on bottom and bread on top.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard and pour over bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours before baking.
    Bring to room temperature and bake at 325 regress 40 minutes.
    Mixture will rise to top of souffle dish but after taking it out of the oven it will fall.
    Very delicious an easy to make.
