Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni, cooked as directed and drained
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt oleo; add flour, mustard and salt. Stir in milk.
    Cook until thickened slightly.
    Remove from heat. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese, then add macaroni.
    Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish; top with remaining cheese.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
