Great Baked Chicken(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chicken wings or thighs
    1 c. soy sauce
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    1 level tsp. ground ginger (optional)
Preparation
    Clean and take skin off thighs.
    Put in a large baking pan. Combine marinade.
    Pour over chicken.
    Refrigerate for 16 hours in marinade.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, uncovered. This is especially good to cook while you're at church if you have a timer on oven.
