Chicken Paprikas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. oil
2 chopped onions
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Hungarian sweet paprika
2 boneless chicken breasts, chopped
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. flour
2 c. sour cream
12 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked
1 small jar pimentos
1/2 tsp. marjoram
black pepper
Preparation

Heat butter and oil in large skillet and cook onions.
Add chicken pieces and save.
Add broth, cover and simmer 45 minutes. Take chicken out of broth.
Combine flour and sour cream.
Put into the remaining broth mixture.
Heat and stir with a wire whisk until sauce thickens.
Put chicken back in sauce.
Add pimentos, marjoram and pepper to taste.
Serve over noodles.
