Blueberry Kochen' Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
milk
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 to 2 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
In a 1 cup measuring cup put egg; add enough milk to fill the cup.
Add this mixture to flour mixture.
Continue to add the cooking oil.
Mix all ingredients thus far with a fork.
Fold in blueberries.
