Hazel'S Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat (boneless chuck)
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    potatoes, cut in quarters lengthwise
    carrots, cut in quarters lengthwise
    onions, sliced
    celery, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Spread meat in flat pan.
    Work tapioca around meat.
    Add vegetables, salt and pepper.
    Pour juice over all.
    Cover tightly. Bake for 5 hours at 275\u00b0.
