Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/8 c. sugar
    1 c. uncooked white rice
    1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 gal. milk
    cinnamon
Preparation
    In large nonstick pan, combine rice, milk, butter and 1/8 cup sugar. Bring to a boil; simmer for 1/2 hour. Combine remainder of sugar, vanilla and eggs in a bowl; beat until smooth. Remove rice mixture from heat; add egg mixture and stir well. Place in container to chill. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
