Cheesy Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. pork sausage links (Lil Sizzlers)
1/2 c. onion, diced
1/3 c. green pepper, diced
1 1/2 c. shredded grated Cheddar
1 deep dish frozen pie shell
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In medium skillet, fry sausage until done.
Drain on paper towel.
Save 2 tablespoons fat.
Saute onion and green pepper for 2 to 3 minutes.
Slice/chop sausage. Combine cheese and flour.
Stir in sausage slices, green pepper and onion.
Spread in pie crust.
Mix remaining ingredients and put in pie shell.
Bake on cookie sheet 35 to 40 minutes until browned and filling is set.
Serve with cheese grits, blueberry muffins and Orange Julius!
