Coconut-Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla in saucepan.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 12 minutes).
Add coconut and pecans.
Cook until thick enough to spread, stirring occasionally.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
