Raisin Walnut Deluxe Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell, chilled (9-inch)
    3 eggs
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In medium bowl with mixer on low speed, beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar, butter or margarine and vanilla. Beat until well blended.
    Stir in raisins and walnuts.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let cool completely on wire rack before cutting.
