Apricot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 small jars baby food apricots
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Blend sugar, oil and eggs.
Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add to oil mixture alternately with baby food apricots. Fold in pecans.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/2 hours (start in cold oven) at 325\u00b0.
While cake is warm, drizzle Apricot Glaze on it.
