Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. warm water
1 egg
3 Tbsp. shortening
7 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix yeast and water in large bowl. Add sugar, salt, egg and half of flour. Mix well. Add shortening and mix well. Add rest of flour in small amounts. Mixture will be very stiff. Let rise until double. Knead and set rolls to rise or makes 2 loaves.
