Marinated Sliced Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    dash of pepper
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
Preparation
    In a cup or small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk until blended.
    Arrange the tomatoes on a platter or in a bowl.
    Pour the dressing over the tomatoes.
    Cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator at least 1 hour to blend flavors together.
    Serves 4 to 5.
