Brownies And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 large eggs, beaten
    mint chocolate chips
    ice cream
    strawberry ice cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Line two 8 x 8-inch baking pans with waxed paper.
    Combine butter and chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted, about 1 1/4 minutes. Stir to mix well. Add sugar, flour and vanilla extract to chocolate mixture; mix well. Let stand to cool slightly. Add eggs and mix well. Spoon mixture into the prepared baking pans.
