Peach Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. peach gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. whipped topping
    2 c. chopped ripe peaches, sweetened to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve
    gelatin in hot
    water.
    Chill
    to
    egg
    white consistency.
    Beat with electric
    beater
    at
    high speed until double in quantity.
    Add softened
    cream cheese which has been previously\tmixed with whipped
    topping.
    Beat
    until
    smooth. Add peaches and beat at low speed
    for 1 minute.
    Pour in mold and chill thoroughly.
    When congealed, unmold and garnish with lettuce and peach slices.
    Serves 6 to 8.
