Orange Hazelnut Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hazelnuts (filberts)*
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    peel of 1 orange, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Spread hazelnuts onto baking sheet and place in preheating oven until lightly toasted and fragrant (about 5 to 8 minutes).
    Remove from oven and immediately rub hazelnuts in a clean, dry tea towel to remove skins.
    Finely chop 3/4 of nuts and coarsely chop remaining nuts.
