Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. grated apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix apples and sugar together.
Add walnuts, salad oil, eggs and vanilla.
Sift together cinnamon, soda, flour and salt; add to mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until sides of cake leave the pan.
Top with Cool Whip when serving.
