Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat egg slightly.
Add milk and butter to egg.
Mix together with dry ingredients.
Fill greased and floured muffin cups about halfway and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
