Frosted Coffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 c. hot coffee
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 large pkg. chocolate bits
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. instant coffee

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients and set aside.
Cream butter, then add beaten eggs and brown sugar.
Alternately add hot coffee and dry ingredients.
Mix in chocolate bits and nuts.
