Lime Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lime Jell-O
    2 c. crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 qt. softened low-fat vanilla ice cream
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add ice cream.
    Pour in large square pan.
    Allow to stand 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
    Mix in pineapple and nuts (reserving 2 teaspoons nuts for top) and stir well.
    Top with remaining nuts.
    Refrigerate to jell.
