Chocolate Decadence - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    8 large eggs, beaten
    1 lb. sweet butter
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. brewed Espresso
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a nine-inch spring-form pan.
    Melt chocolate over low heat or in microwave.
    Add beaten eggs slowly to melted chocolate, beating until thickened.
    Melt butter with sugar and coffee over low heat.
    Whisk in chocolate-egg mixture until smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cool on counter.
    Remove from pan.
    Slice and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
