Lisa'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6-8 (1/2-inch) boneless pork chops
1/4 tsp. onion powder per chop
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 3/4-oz.) can golden mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 carrots, peeled, sliced
3-4 green onions, chopped
1/2 stick butter, sliced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a 9X13-inch casserole dish. Place pork chops in dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle each chop with onion powder, drizzle olive oil over chops. Spread golden mushroom soup over seasoned pork chops. Add chopped onions and carrots. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Place pats of butter on top. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Turn oven up to 350 degrees, uncover and bake additional 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
