Judy'S Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew meat
    5 carrots, cut in chunks
    2 medium onions, cut in eighths
    3 stalks celery, cut in small chunks
    5 to 6 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
    1 can bisque of tomato soup or tomato soup with pieces
    1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    dash of water in each can to rinse out
Preparation
    Place ingredients in a large oven pot with a cover in the order listed above (meat on bottom).
    Cover pot tightly.
    Place in a 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
    Serve with hot biscuits or hot bread.
    Great winter meal!
