Goulash With Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chopped beef
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. green pepper
1 clove garlic
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1 bouillon cube
1 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in a saucepan.
Add onions, pepper and garlic; simmer slowly until onions turn yellow. Add chopped beef; continue to cook, stirring constantly, until meat loses its red color.
Break up meat as much as possible with mixing spoon.
Add the paprika and the flour, mixing well.
Add one 8 ounce can tomato sauce and 1 cup water.
Add the bouillon cube, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and the oregano; simmer slowly for 1 hour.
Let bubbling subside.
Add the sour cream, stirring well.
Do not cook after sour cream has been added, or it will curdle.
