Mushroom Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh large mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. chicken broth, defatted
    1/2 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. snipped fresh rosemary or oregano or 1/2 tsp. dried to taste
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cut mushrooms into quarters.
    Spray large skillet with no-stick spray.
    Add chicken broth.
    Then add mushrooms, onions and garlic.
    Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
    Stir in rosemary or oregano to taste, along with pepper and salt.
