Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. round nacho chips
1 can refried beans
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. salsa
1 tsp. taco seasoning
1 green onion, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
sour cream
2 c. ground beef or cooked chicken
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Put chips in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Mix beans with 1 cup cheese and 1/2 cup salsa.
Spread on top of chips.
Brown ground beef.
Add seasoning.
(You may use cooked chicken instead of beef.)
Spread this over bean mixture. Top with remaining cheese and green onion. Bake for 10 minutes.
Put sour cream and chopped tomato on before serving.
