Strawberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (21 oz.) can strawberry pie filling
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
chopped pecans for topping
Preparation

Mix jello and water.
Cool for 15 minutes.
Add pineapple with juice and the pie filling.
Refrigerate until jelled.
In mixer, put sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Beat well. Spread on top of jello.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
