Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. molasses
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. peanuts
1 1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
-
Cook
without stirring the first 3 ingredients to 280\u00b0. Add next
3 ingredients and cook to 300\u00b0.
Remove from pan and add last 2 ingredients.
Pour into greased pan and cool.
