Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. boneless chicken breast, cooked and cut into small pieces
1 2/3 c. mixed vegetables
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz. can)
1 c. low fat buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
1/2 c. low fat milk
Preparation

Mix chicken, vegetables, and soup in an ungreased baking dish. Mix baking mix with milk and egg and pour over top of soup mixture. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
