Crab Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    6 1/2 oz. can crabmeat, drained and flaked
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 small onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Heat soup over low heat.
    Remove.
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water and add to soup, stirring well.
    Add remaining 5 ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon into oiled 4 to 5-cup mold and chill until firm.
    Unmold and serve with assorted crackers.
    Serves a bunch!!
